"I am taking a few moments to write this short letter to acknowledge the professionalism that I experienced with the men who worked n the ductwork portion of my project, led by Mr. Balderama who cam, saw what was needed and assured me that this could be done and done properly.

I must say Mr. Lorenzo Diaz and his son Diego did a wonderful job. My hat's off to Lorenzo
who worked in the crawl space most of the day to make this project come to a successful completion. He made sure that things were fitting and working well and by the end of the day that the air in the dead spaces in the house was cold again.
