Maintenance Contracts For Preventative Maintenance and Upkeep

Maintenance of your HVAC system is key for long-lasting and robust heating and cooling services. Show your system a little love by getting it checked out on a regular basis. We offer a few basic maintenance contracts for your HVAC systems:

For refrigeration systems: This contract includes three visits a year from one of our HVAC technicians. There is one visit to prepare your system for summer, another to prepare it for winter, and another for regular maintenance to clean coils, change filters, and ensure every part is functioning properly.

For evaporative cooling systems: This contract includes two visits a year by one of our HVAC technicians. Like the above, one visit will be to winterize the system and another to summarize it. This way you are ready for that summer heat and prepared for the winter months without worrying about a malfunction.

For tankless water heater: This contract includes two visits a year. One is to flush out the tank and another is for descaling, cleaning burners, components, and ensuring proper function of all parts. If you own a tankless water heater, you are already seeing a lot of the benefits. Nevertheless, these systems still require maintenance for longevity.
